concierge

This is a service provided to potential and current clients which involves researching, planning and strategizing for all special events (date nights, dinner parties, birthday parties, bachelorette/bachelor trip, family vacation, girls’ night/out, virtual parties, etc.). This service encompasses every and anything you can imagine, we like to think of this service as being the “think tank” of ideas, brainstorming and most importantly planning. You must request this service through the contact page. Once the request has been submitted, we will coordinate a one-on-one consultation to execute the client’s vision. This service is based on a half-hour rate. 

HOW DOES IT WORK: 

1.     Submit a request through our contact page. Please be as specific as possible.   

2.     Concierge will contact you 24-48 hours after request has been submitted and received. 

3.     Concierge will send invoice for first consultation, which includes a $50 per half-hour session. If you need a longer consultation, please let us know.  

4.     Upon payment, client will then receive a link with a full-month calendar of available appointment times for their selection. 

5.     Once the appointment time is selected, the concierge will then notify client that the appointment time is confirmed and if there are any special requests needed prior to consultation.

6.     Post-consultation with concierge, the client will then receive a detailed summary of the discussion along with requested information from client (mood board creation, list of resources, etc.).  

 

EVENT STYLING

This styling service is in-person and for all special events including but not limited to birthday parties, baby showers, pre-wedding day events, date nights, girls’ night outs, etc. This deluxe service includes our concierge service and styling of your event from coordinating and planning with vendors, mood board(s) creation, and executing the client’s vision. From event themes, table décor, lighting, design details and color palettes we are here to help style your event in the most special way imaginable. 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK:

2.     Concierge will contact you 24-48 hours after request has been submitted and received. 

3.     Concierge will send ‘Event Styling Request’ form. 

4.     Upon submission of the ‘Event Styling Request form’ the concierge will send an invoice for first consultation, which includes a $50 per half-hour session. If you need a longer consultation, please let us know.  

5.     Upon payment, client will then receive a link with a full-month calendar of available appointment times for their selection. 

6.     Once the appointment time is selected, the concierge will then notify client that the appointment time is confirmed and if there are any special requests needed prior to consultation.

7.     Post-consultation with concierge the client will receive a detailed summary of discussion along with next steps for event styling.  

 

EVENT PLANNING BOX

This two-for-one service and product is perfect for the client who loves to host intimate events but would need assistance with virtual planning and styling of the event. Details are the heart of every event and intimate parties makes this even more essential. Event Planning boxes are personalized and customized to the meet client’s event and special needs. This is perfect for intimate parities for 2-6 people. Within this service and product, it will include the following: our concierge services, a customized box full of everything you need to host a party (menus, table settings, décor, etc.) and vendor coordination. Please note this is a virtual styling service, all products for the planning box will be delivered to location one-day before event. 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK: 

1.     Submit a request through our contact page.   

2.     Concierge will contact you 24-48 hours after request has been submitted and received. 

3.     Concierge will send ‘Event Planning Box’ form. 

4.     Upon submission of the ‘Event Planning Box’ the concierge will send an invoice for the first of two consultations, which includes a $25 per half-hour session. Please note this product will only include 2 consultations based on the discounted concierge sessions. 

5.     Upon payment, client will then receive a link with a full-month calendar of available appointment times for their selection. 

6.     Once the appointment time is selected, the concierge will then notify client that the appointment time is confirmed and if there are any special requests needed prior to consultation.

7.     Post-consultation with concierge, the client will receive a detailed summary of the discussion along with next steps for coordination and execution of event planning box.
